Our creative team can help you develop and produce any concept you have in mind, from commercials to infomercials, from music videos to feature film projects, public service announcements and short stories...if you can imagine it, we can help you create it, from initial concept to finished marketable product.
We can also broadcast any/all projects you have in mind over the internet. We can do this either from your location, or ours, either in an actual location of your choice, or several virtual sets that can be created through the visual effects magic of green screen.
We have a full community of resources available for your use, from restaurants to hospitals, from homes, to schools, from parks to police stations, and everything in between.
We have access to any/all production resources you might need, including Studios, Above/Below Line Personnel, Crew, Grip/Electric, Steadicam, Catering, and anything else you might need. We even have working aircraft, tanks, and armored personnel carriers, should you need those for your shoot.
Also, specialize in working with Independent's outside of the United States to insure full copyright protection. Assist all Independent's in establishing a budget for productions, seeking Investors, and final release, distribution, or airing of your product.

How It Works
Our Production Division offers opportunity for Writers, Talent, Filmmakers, and those seeking Projects of any genre for the purpose of television, film, advertising, or any other form of media distribution.
Writers and Talent: Register your information using our Writer registration form. Once registered please go to our download page and fill out and sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement, as well as an IRS form W9 if you are a US Citizen and fax them to 888-606-PHME (7463). PowerHouse Media Enterprises produces both in-house projects, and those of others. We love to work with other independent filmmakers, and those who "aren't sure if anyone would want to see my movie", from concept to completion/distribution. We also actively seek filmmakers and talent to work with us to produce projects. If you have material that you would like us to review and consider producing, or co-producing, send the material to dgarcia@powerhousemediaenterprises.com in Word or PDF format and we will review it to see if it is something that we want to work with you to produce.
PowerHouse Media Enterprises is all about undiscovered independent projects. We take a professional and ethical approach when dealing with end-users like advertisers or distributors - we provide personal attention to each of their projects. As PHME is an all-in-one independent company encompassing all facets of film, television and video, we are able to personally oversee and select the right personnel to make your project become a reality.

3. When appropriate, we will advise you via email of what we are looking for on a project by project basis. 4. You submit the material to us initially, by emailing a Word or PDF Document. If your material is something we feel we can work with to produce or co-produce, you will then download our License Agreement which you must complete, sign, and fax back to us at 888-606-PHME (7463) 4. If required, we may ask you to send a hard copy of your material.
You must be the Writer of the material you wish to submit. You do not have to be the Sole Writer - you can have Co-Writers, so long as they agree to have the material submitted and sign as Co-Writer on the License Agreement. This also means that NO managers can submit material. If you fall into this category and wish to submit material, please have your Writer submit it.
There is no limit to material submissions. We do not charge any fees for submitting material, not do we charge any membership fees or require term contracts. We simply require license agreements allowing us to exploit your material for the purpose of fulfilling project requirements.

Material Submission Rules
All material submitted must:
* Be Original
* Must have all additional rights holders (co-writers of the material) clearly identified on the License Agreement and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
Copyright requirements
Prior to our being able to represent your material to end-users, we will need you to provide evidence of the copyright registration for each submission that is accepted by PHME. For those writers in the USA, this should be a Certificate issued by the United States Copyright Office. The equivalent documentation (if relevant) from a governmental body will suffice for Non-US writers.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the License agreement for any material requires written notice to PHME by registered letter and is subject to terms as described in the Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.
